The St. Albert Rummies were founded in
1981 and have won the Tier 1 Championship
seven times in a row over the last seven years. The team is also a
Provincial Gold Medal Winner. In the beginning the Rummies were a
football team but now are solely a soccer club. Darrell Tate, one of the
original Rummies , has been coaching the successful team for the past 16
years.However, as of 2002 John Fiacco ( also a
player ) is now the new coach of the Rummies.
